Good service but not happy having to spend 160 sterling to get the parts I wanted. ???

I placed my order on 11th Dec and was initially quoted a delivery charge of approx €6. I found out afterwards that I was actually charged €20 for delivery which I have still not received, nearly 1 month later. I emailed the company to enquire about the extra delivery cost and have still heard nothing - they just took my money and haven't been in communication since. Do not recommend.

Mostly got the parts i needed, but one thing was on backorder so i had to remove it so the shipment would actually get here in a reassonable ammount of time. I wish they could ship the parts they do have and one part wouldnt increase the waiting time for all other parts. Shipping was fast, parts are definitely originals. Would buy from here agian.

The parts were better than factory and were also cheaper in price. Shipping was very fast. I'm definitely going to continue purchasing all my future parts from them.

Pricing and parts availability is very good, website is very easy to find what you want and order the exact parts for your bike. Minus 1 star because Colissimo tracking is not great, but otherwise the seller and website are very good.

All the parts required. Delivered to my door quickly no hassle. The parts were correct for my model unlike some ebay sites I have used. I will use again.

Delivery was slow, it took about 2 weeks after being shipped, and it was a total of 4 weeks from the order date. But otherwise, I love the website, great set of parts diagrams and information and very easy to order. It helps me keep my bike like new, and the price of the parts is very cheap.

I am always happy with bike-parts-mash.com and this time is no exception. Even if something bad goes wrong, I am sure that people there will fix it. I always get what I have ordered, in a timely manner. The only thing I would like to ask them reconsider would be the shipping rates to european countries but besides that, all good and recommended!

One week for sending from France but sure and well done. The taxes in Cambodia are highly corrupted, so then it cost me 37$ to get back the spare....
