delivery was surprisingly fast & efficient coming fron internationally, & there were a wide range of parts available. (note that some international models may have slightly different mounting set-ups for brackets & other parts)

This company was recommended to me on Facebook and I’m glad that they were. I only needed a small part (a front brake lever) but it was handled like it was a major part or parts. They shipped this to me all the way to the U.S. All went great and I certainly recommend them.

Communication was good initially but order could not be fully completed as awaiting parts to restock, which I can understand, however then 4 weeks passed and no further information. I then changed the order removing out of stock parts and parts then arrived quickly.

everything ok! just 1 thing: I ordered from Belgium and the colissimo track and trace from la Poste was not updated anymore. By searching myself I found out that once in Belgium, DPD was going to deliver the parcel. 1 took off 1 star by non communicating this.

Despite all problems with Brexit etc. My parts arrived in very good time, and well packed. My only small criticism would be in the description of the sprocket and chain set, in that nowhere could I see mention of there being a front sprocket in the set, so I ordered a separate one. I now have two as there was one in the pack with the rear sprocket. Things might get a bit more awkward in future orders as there is a minimum order amount I struggled to achieve for this order.
